MERIUS, a.s., a company focused on complex solutions regarding the development of projects in the slovak market, has over many years developed a stable position in the field of real estate development. Our portfolio of projects includes residential projects, office spaces as well as industrial projects. Our „Stefanium office building“ received the „construction of the year 2007“ award. STEFANIUM

MEINL RESIDENCE

MEINL Residence is a modern multifunctional complex with 82 housing units. Situated in the Ružinov – Nivy district of Bratislava, this complex consists of three separately accessible units which include 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and a commercial level with stores on the ground floor. Additionally there are 3 underground levels with 241 parking spaces available.

ŠOLTÉSOVEJ 12

In 2001, MERIUS a.s. reconstructed a 5 story building in the city centre of Bratislava at Šoltésovej 12. A beautiful, modern building providing high quality spaces required by our customers. The total available rentable area is 995 m². MERIUS a.s. has been renting all of the administrative offices at this address until 2006.

STEIN BEVERAGES

Until 2006, Stein Beverages, a Bratislava brewery, has been part of the MERIUS a.s. portfolio. The main goal was to improve the image of the Stein Beverages brand and to create enhanced brand awareness. Thanks to some innovative measures and prudent steps the mission was successfull, positioning the brand among the top 3 beer breweries in the region.

KARPATSKÁ 16

Being one of the first projects of MERIUS a.s., the goal was to completely reconstruct the historical building located at Karpatská 16 in Bratislava´s old city district. The reconstruction created 1000 m² of office spaces. The administration of this building was in the company´s portfolio until 2005.
